If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, the items may be returned within 30 days for a full
refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees, provided
that the items returned have not been opened and are in original packaging.
We do not provide price adjustment service.
Before returning
any merchandise, you must contact us at rma
carcaresmart.com
for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns of any
type will be accepted without an RMA number. Merchandise returned without
authorization will be refused, and you are responsible for all return
shipping charges. An RMA number is valid for 15 calendar days from the
date of issue. Products returned with an expired RMA number will be
refused and returned to you at your own expense.
All return items
are subject to close inspection prior to acceptance. CarCareSmart.com
reserves the right to refuse any return that is not 100% complete, in
re-saleable condition (packaging has not been damaged or defaced), and
includes original packing material, and other accessories provided by
the manufacturer. All returns must be shipped prepaid. A re-stocking
fee of 10% will apply for all approved return. We will refund the purchase
price only, excluding shipping and handling fees.
All defective products
may be returned within 30 days for a replacement (subject to availability)
with the exception of power tools. Power tools are not covered under
this guarantee and are subject to respective manufacturer's warranty
policies. In the case of a defective item shipped to you, you can contact
us for a RMA. All exchange items must be shipped prepaid.
For orders with
free shipping, the same return policies apply with the exception that
shipping cost incurred by CarCarSmart.com for the initial shipment will
be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right
to amend our return policy without notice.
All
prices are in Canadian dollars. We only ship within Canada.
